Pareto-Analys

En teknik för beslutsfattande, som bygger på statistiska metoder, vilken används för att identifiera en begränsad mängd faktorer som har en stor påverkan på det slutliga resultatet. En stor majoritet av problem (80%) uppstår på grund av ett mindre antal (20%) nyckelorsaker.
