플래닝 포커(planning Poker)

주로 애자일 소프트웨어 개발에서 사용자 스토리에 필요한 노력이나 상대적 크기를 추정하고자 사용하는 합의 기반 추정 기법. 와이드밴드 델파이 기법 중 하나이며, 카드 한 벌을 이용하며 각 카드에는 팀에서 추정하는 단위 값이 표기됨
