共依存的振る舞い（codependent Behavior）

他人に対する過度の感情的および精神的依存。特に、人が望ましくない振る舞いをしている場合にそれを変えさせようとせず、その支援しか行なわないという精神的状態。たとえばソフトウェアテストにおいては、テストへの移行が遅延することについてクレームを付けはするものの、足りないテスト時間を補うために超過勤務する(ある意味)「ヒーロー」的な仕事を楽しんでおり、その結果スケジュールの遅延を増長することがある。
