ユーザベースド品質（user-Based Quality）

品質に対する考え方の一つ。ユーザの必要性、要望、願望を、どこまで満たすか、というもの。要求を満たしていないプロダクトやサービスは、いかなるユーザの支持も得ることができない。この(ユーザベースド)品質は、背景によって異なる流動的なアプローチである。なぜならば、プロダクトごとに異なる品質の側面によりビジネスに求められる特徴が変わってくるためである。
