ダッシュボード（dashboard）

組織や活動の業務成績の動的な測定結果を、メタファによって表されたメトリクスを用いて表現したもの。ここでいうメタファとは、自動車のダッシュボードに似せた、目にみえるダイヤルやカウンターなどである。これによって、出来事や活動の結果が容易に把握でき、業務上の目標と関連付けることができる。
