Der Softwarelebenszyklus enthält üblicherweise eine Konzeptionsphase, Anforderungsphase, Entwurfsphase, Implementierungsphase, Testphase, Installationsphase, Betriebs- und Wartungsphase, und manchmal eine Außerbetriebnahme.
